Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with Scentration. This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on our store for delivery within Pakistan.
1. Where we ship
We currently ship nationwide across Pakistan, including major cities and most serviceable areas covered by our courier partners.
If your area is remote or temporarily unserviceable, our team will contact you with options or a full refund.
2. Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).
You will receive an email/SMS update once your order has been packed and handed to the courier.
3. Delivery timelines
- Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad/Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta): usually 2–4 business days after dispatch
- Other cities & towns: usually 3–6 business days after dispatch
- Remote / hard-to-reach areas: may take up to 7–10 business days
These timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, public holidays, or incomplete address details.
4. Shipping charges
- Standard shipping: calculated at checkout based on your city and order value
- Free shipping: available on eligible orders of Rs. 5,000 or more (within Pakistan), unless otherwise stated at checkout
Any applicable shipping fee is shown clearly before you complete your order.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery may be available for selected cities in Pakistan. Where COD is offered:
- Please keep the exact order amount ready at delivery
- COD orders may include a small additional handling fee, shown at checkout if applicable
- Repeated refused COD deliveries may restrict future COD eligibility
6. Order tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email/SMS (where available). You can also contact us with your order number for status updates.
7. Delivery attempts & unavailability
Couriers typically attempt delivery up to 2–3 times. If you are unavailable:
- Please respond to courier calls/SMS promptly
- Ensure your phone number and complete address (including nearest landmark) are correct
Orders returned due to incomplete address, unreachable phone, or customer refusal may be subject to re-shipping charges or cancellation as per our refund policy.
8. Fragrance shipping & packaging
All Scentration extrait de parfum bottles are carefully packed to protect against leakage and breakage. Please inspect the parcel on delivery. If the package appears damaged, refuse acceptance and contact us immediately with photos.
9. Incorrect address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Address changes after dispatch may not be possible and can cause delays or return-to-sender fees.
10. International shipping
At this time, we ship within Pakistan only. International shipping may be introduced later.
