1. Overview

Scentration sells extrait de parfum and related fragrance products online for customers in Pakistan. Prices are shown in PKR unless otherwise stated.

2. Products & descriptions

We aim to describe products accurately. Fragrance impressions, notes, and imagery are for guidance. Slight variations in packaging, batch, or shade of materials may occur. Our scents are impressions inspired by well-known fragrance profiles and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the original fragrance houses named in inspiration references.

3. Orders & pricing

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy
• We may cancel or refuse an order due to stock, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or delivery limitations
• If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a refund

4. Payment

Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout and may include online payment gateways and Cash on Delivery (where available).

5. Shipping

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

6. Returns & refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property

All store content, branding, product names (as used by Scentration), photography, and design are owned by or licensed to Scentration and may not be copied without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scentration is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

9. Product use & allergies

Perform a patch test if you have sensitive skin. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. We are not responsible for allergic reactions when products are used as directed and information available at purchase has been considered.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will first be addressed amicably via customer support.
